- Account Information: Email address and username when you create an account
- Concert Data: Information about concerts you track, including artist names, venue details, dates, and any notes you add
- Usage Data: Basic information derived from your activity in the app (such as number of concerts logged or venues visited)
- Connected Account Data: If you choose to connect a third-party music account, we receive basic profile information and an access token so the app can carry out actions you request. Connecting an account is optional.
How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation under the following legal bases:
- Provide and maintain the Stubs app functionality
- Generate statistics and insights about your concert history
- Sync your data across your devices
- Improve the app experience based on how users interact with features

Third-Party Data Sources
Stubs uses official APIs from Spotify, Google Maps, and setlist.fm. By using Stubs, you also agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these services where applicable. Stubs is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
You can disconnect a connected account at any time from within Stubs, and we delete the associated data when you do.
International Data Transfers
As we are based in the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your concert data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Disconnect any connected third-party account at any time, which deletes the data we hold from it
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Stubs is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
