Third-Party Data Sources
Stubs uses third-party services to look up concert, artist, and venue information and to display artist artwork. When you search for a show, your search terms are sent to these services so they can return matching results. We do not send your account details, your logged concert history, or any other personal information to them.
We may also use the setlist.fm API to provide setlist information. If we do, the same applies: only your search terms are sent, and any setlist content shown in Stubs remains subject to setlist.fm’s own terms and privacy policy. Stubs is not affiliated with or endorsed by setlist.fm.
Information returned by these services, along with the concerts you choose to save, is stored in our third-party database service so your diary is available across your devices.
International Data Transfers
As we are based in the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your concert data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Stubs is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
